Thanks for your post. Home visits can be as simple or complicated as you and your patients want. The simplest way is to block off a day or two per month and free up a pharmacist at the store who can go to patient’s houses on that day. If you get any requests for information/assistance in the pharmacy that your pharmacist thinks might be a good candidate for a home visit, book them for that day you set aside. After a couple of months, assess if this is a service your customers want.
