New Ownership Team

In 2019 Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy transitioned to a new ownership team consisting of Sara Watson, Kari Hanneson, Barret Procyshyn & Kristen Haverluck.

The pharmacy remains completely locally owned and independently operated. The team is excited to continue to provide excellent pharmacy care to their customers and continue their strong community support.

Meet your DCP Pharmacist Team

Myles Haverluck - Founder of Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy

Myles founded started Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy in July 1979 and continued to grow the business to his retirement from pharmacy in 2019. Myles ensured his staff treated customers right by helping to "make life better". Sadly Myles passed away in February 2024 at the age of 72. Myles left a legacy in our community and will not be forgotten.

Pat Lamborn

I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a BSP (pharmacy degree) in 1981. I have held a pharmacist license in all 4 Western Provinces. I have worked in several private and chain pharmacies as well as in a hospital setting. I joined the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy team in 1996.

Trevor Shewfelt

I graduated from the University of Manitoba and joined the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy team in 1997. I'm a Certified Respiratory Education (CRE). That training gives me the tools to help people with asthma, COPD and to help people quit smoking. I have Authorizations from the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (CPhM) for Smoking Cessation, Minor Ailments and Injections. I have a special interest in cannabis and people's medications. So, I'm happy to try answer any cannabis questions you have. My wife and I had two children go through the Dauphin School System, have been involved in various kids' sports, and service organizations like Kinsmen and MS Canada over the years. Like all good things, our time in Dauphin so far has flown by, and we can't wait to help you and your family for years to come.

Kari Hanneson

I graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science and and Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in 2002. Originally from Roblin, MB, I was happy to move back to the Parkland and join the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy team in 2004 and became a co-owner of DCP in 2019. I am trained in Opioid Replacement Therapy and completed specialized training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement in November of 2004. I provide injections and vaccinations; as well as provide assessments and prescriptions for uncomplicated cystitis (bladder infections).

Sara Watson

I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. I moved back to my home town of Dauphin to join the DCP team in June 2006. I am passionate about giving back to the community of Dauphin and the people who live here. I am trained to provide Opioid Replacement Therapy and have successfully completed the Manitoba Lung Association Asthma Educator Program. I am certified to administer injections and licensed to prescribe for uncomplicated cystitis (bladder infections).

Barret Procyshyn

Originally from Winnipegosis, I graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Pharmacy and joined the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy in 2009. I enjoy spending time helping clients take their medications properly and effectively. Expanded services like vaccination programs and providing excellent health care services are important in our rural community. Along with my wife Tatiana; and my three boys, Anders, Erik and Rhys we are proud to call Dauphin home!

David Le

I graduated from the University of Manitoba, College of Pharmacy in 2017. With the expanding scope of pharmacy practice, I am among the first class of graduating pharmacists from the U of M with abilities to both prescribe for minor ailments and administer injections; services which I am happy to provide. Originally from Winnipeg, I am delighted to adopt the sunshine city of Dauphin as my new home town for the many years to come.

Rachel Sime

I graduated from the University of Manitoba College of Pharmacy in 2019. Growing up in the Parkland, I am thrilled to come home and be a part of the Dauphin and Winnipegosis Clinic Pharmacy team. I have a special interest in mental health and addictions. With an expanded scope of practice, I am able to order lab tests, give injections and prescribe for minor ailments.

Cassandra VanHumbeck

I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2023. I worked at a primary care network in Alberta for a year, providing care in Indigenous clinics, diabetes education, and medication reviews. I am excited to be back home in Manitoba joining the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy team.
